What this site is for

sicuroconsulting.com presents the stockroom planning packages offered by Sicuro Consulting from Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy, with their fees, and lets you send a booking request. Sending the form is a request, not a contract. An agreement exists only when we confirm the package, fee and delivery date by e-mail and you pay the deposit through the link we send. The booking terms on fees and cancellations then apply to that agreement.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, send automated submissions through the form, or upload anything harmful. The text, drawings and page design are ours; you may print or save pages for your own reference but not republish them. Each photograph appears under the licence named in the credits further down.

The plans we deliver are drawings and written guidance for arranging a stockroom. Choosing, buying and assembling shelving and benches remains the client's decision, using suppliers and fitters of the client's choice. Product descriptions and fees on the site are kept accurate; if an error appears, the fee confirmed in our e-mail is the one that applies.

Liability, law and changes

The site is provided as it stands. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use or from a temporary interruption. Mandatory consumer protections that law does not allow to be waived remain fully in force.

These terms and any dispute about the site are governed by the law of Italy, and the courts of Bologna have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rules of your own country. We may revise these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
