A small planning studio for stockrooms
Sicuro Consulting is a small business in Bologna that draws layouts for online shops' stockrooms. It plans; it does not sell shelving, fit anything or send people to your premises.
What the business is
We are a planning studio with one job: turning a crowded stock room into a room that can be picked from quickly. The work is done at a drawing desk in Bologna, in Emilia-Romagna, from the measurements, photographs and product lists that shops send us. Because nothing depends on a visit, we plan rooms for shops in Italy and across the rest of Europe in exactly the same way.
The people we work for are mostly online shops that started at home and grew: makers of candles, prints, clothing, ceramics, spare parts or books, who now have a garage, a rented unit or a back room full of stock and a packing routine that no longer keeps up.
How a job runs
- You choose a package on the booking page and tell us about the room.
- We reply by e-mail within two working days with the fee, a delivery date and a payment link for the deposit.
- You complete the measuring sheet and send it with a short video and your product list.
- We draw the draft and send it with a written note on each decision.
- You ask for changes within the included revision rounds.
- We hand over the final drawings, the written plan and, on the full layout, the recorded walk-through.
All conversation happens by e-mail, with a video call at the draft stage if you would like to talk the plan through.
Inside and outside our scope
Inside our scope
Draw shelving, pick paths, location codes, labels and packing benches for small stockrooms; explain every decision in writing; answer questions about the plan while you set the room up.
Outside it
Supply or install racking; carry out inspections or sign-offs; recruit staff; sell stock software. We also do not plan large distribution sites or rooms with forklift traffic.
If what you need sits outside our work, we say so in the first reply and do not take a deposit.

Write to [email protected], or use the booking form on choose a package. We read messages Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 Italian time, and reply within two working days. The studio is in Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy; we do not receive visitors, as all work is done remotely.
