Who is responsible
Sicuro Consulting, a stockroom planning studio based in Bologna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy, is responsible for the personal data collected through sicuroconsulting.com. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].
What the booking form collects, and why
The booking form asks for your name, e-mail address, shop name or web address, the country of the stockroom, the type of room, a rough count of product lines, the package you chose and a message about the room. We use these details to answer your request, to prepare a fee and delivery date, and, if you go ahead, to plan your stockroom. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, and then the contract itself.
FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service, carries each submission to the studio mailbox and which processes the submission only to pass it on. Measuring sheets, photographs and product lists you send later arrive by e-mail and are used only for your plan.
We keep booking correspondence for as long as Italian accounting rules require for completed work, and delete enquiries that did not lead to a booking after twelve months.
Cookies, storage and your consent
No cookie is written by this website. The consent box keeps one setting in local browser storage, keyed sc_cookie_mode, so that it does not ask you again. Nothing else on the site reads that setting today: there are no analytics, advertising or tracking tools installed. If that ever changes, the tools would only run for visitors who accepted them, and this notice would be updated first.
The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's address and type in order to deliver the font files. To clear your choice, remove the site's stored data in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing. Visitors resident in California hold parallel CCPA rights: knowing which details we keep, erasing them, refusing any sale, and equal service whichever of those rights is exercised. No personal data from this site is ever sold.
To use any of these rights, write to [email protected]. Expect an answer inside a calendar month. A complaint can also be lodged with Italy's data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
